In our model of cooperation with clients we propose moving away from billing for each GJ of heat used to a service business model (Heat as a Service). The proposed model of cooperation with clients is presented in the figure below.
Our business model involves providing a number of services to clients each of which is billed separately. These services include:
preparation of an investment in a microgrid or other heat source with heat pumps (the fee for this service ranges from 2-5% of the investment value)
construction of a microgrid or other heat source with heat pumps with repayment of part of the investment after its completion (from the subsidy received by the client) and spreading the repayment of the remaining part of the investment value (except for the subsidy) over a period of up to 8 years (if the client has its own financing of the investment, then there is no need for partial financing by Next Generation Heat)
maintaining equipment in proper technical condition during operation and energy management (the fee for this service is paid in the form of a monthly subscription the amount of which also depends on the achieved energy management efficiency measures – EPC contract).
The presented business model provides the client with the highest level of services and efficiency of the constructed energy facilities.
